I'm leaning toward the Lithium style.
Prob'ly the Shorai.
Long time ago I tried a battery that was super light weight on my '88 K75S, and I never could get that thing to work (the ones back then were iffy at best) so I've always stuck with the tried and true BMW batteries which really are very good.
But this time around it seems they have the bugs worked out; this will be battery #3 for my '02 Cup with 113K Hell On It!!! miles; the weight reduction alone is like 10 pounds
and that by itself is worth a try!
