You will now be able to get your hand up to where the headlight switch lives.
If you are on the larger size of body and or hands, you will have to remove the drivers seat 1st before any of this work.
You were right about the warning control unit although I used a couple of 9mm sockets and the outboard nut was a pain. Managed to get under there with out removing the seat but it was tight. Replaced the switch and rear spoiler dam.
