I'll echo what Phil says: buyers today come with a long checklist and want every box checked.
A buyer looking for a stock appearing S Targa might need to see rocker trim. Another might believe that all S cars should have sport seats (CoA listed or not). Another might insist on a black interior with Signal Yellow.
In my experience, these are not negotiating points, but binary decision triggers. The 'all-the-money' buyer wants the car exactly the way he wants it, and done, done, done.
Having said that, this car is spectacular looking and I'd say $100-120K is what the right buyer would pay for it -- though probably with some details changed.
