To me it is pretty clear - if it is solid at room temperature, it likely is solid in your arteries eventually too. I would still use it to cook if the recipe calls for it, but certainly not start every day with it.
I haven't tried the bullet coffee but have seen others with great dietary success that have used it during low carb dietes. However, ALL of them were temporary with every one of them doing a yo yo months later. I'd like to see someone being able to sustain that diet and keep the weight off.
Personally, I really like my morning coffee. 1% milk, 2 shots of expresso in bed. Then another on the train. I can't imagine replacing that with a fat pill coffee. Generally I don't have issues with weight. Lay off the portion size, carb bombs and exercise, i.e. bike / train commute.
