Thanks guys, I am deciding between the three 1.) Clear Powder coat 2.) Clear coat spray paint 3.) Paints silver high temp paint. Of course I will bead blast first. Just thinking which is the best?

Targa Dude, Your powder coat looks excellent. I just did the same Powder Coat in high gloss chrome to my fan and fan shroud and it came out horrible. My fan had alot of imperfections on the blade casting and the high gloss showed everything. The fan housing didn't outgas properly do pimples are everywhere. Worst is it cost me $250. I had the strap and pulley chromed dipped.

I am having them strip the fan and housing and try a flat finish.
