Eff that. I make my own Tasso - cajun smoked pork shoulder. It goes in beans, kale, squash etc. - You wouldn't touch a vegan anything if you had the choice ...
One thing I have witnessed with friends going on vegan or vegetarian diets is that they tend to load up on carbs and replace high cholesterol with high triglycerides ...
I'd rather die than become vegan. I could do vegetarian but don't see the point, keeping meat consumption relatively low, eating lots of wild game I take myself, low fat and non-processed.
