Seems to me that the paint on the front and rear bumper cover are perfect. Too perfect to have 46k on the clock. Absolutely no signs of repair, no mismatch paint either. Doesn't mean something hadn't been touched up. Carfax shows nothing, and car is nicer than most, but not as nice as a 3k mile queen.
I think a PPI will tell a buyer if it's a 150 or a 120 value. I don't see anything selling for less than that, but I am not on BAT either.
Above it was suggested sport Seats would raise the value. Would that be true even if not on the coa? What would a set of 96 wheels go for? Worth the owner making these investments?
I'll have to look into the caliper color, didn't know silver was possible. I have not seen the Coa
