The auto control box is in the electrical section of PET, 908-00. It is separate from the hand lever system in section 7. According to PET, a 1976-77 930 has auto control of heat. The bolt on which the brake lever is mounted also has the washers, etc, for the control levers, but there is no way to tighten them up -- that bolt has a shoulder on it. The manual system has a "no shoulder" bolt and differences in friction discs, and tightening the 13mm nut will have also tighten the control arms.
