The linked adv. didn't mention they were made out of billet aluminum (carved from a block). Thus, maybe Bisimoto's is a custom-made hinge. In that case, you could commission a machine shop to replicate a pair for yourself.

Their description of water-jet cutting makes me think they were fabricated from aluminum plate with a TIG-welded corner piece.

One option is to cut lightening holes in the factory steel hinges with a set of hole saws or drill bits. While the visual effect will be apparent and racier, the weight savings of aluminum will be negligible, and you'll have your own set of one-off custom rear hinges. Spend your mod money elsewhere.
