My Corvair experience is non-turbo but ... Warren LeVeque, who is great with Corvairs might be a good person to talk to if you have not already. If you need his email address I can get that.
I sold off all of my YH carbs but I would venture to guess the body may be warped or what about to much fuel pressure? I run an electric fuel pump from The Source and have a pressure regulator on it to be safe. Your problem may be fuel pump related. Have you checked the pump? What is the condition of the fuel tank? It is also possible there is a lot of dirt in the system.
Now if you decide to sell the car let me know. I would hate to see the demise of another little air cooled wonder.
