The M491 came with a standard rear lid with the turbo tail mounted like this one. However the tail pictured was added after the fact as the reinforcement bar for the tail runs through the centre of the emissions label. If it was a factory M491, the emissions sticker would be placed further towards the rear of the lid as not to be obscured by the reinforcement bar.
