You could get $40K out of it if you're willing to wait for spring and the right buyer.
But I never every understand when people leave easy fixes like below unrepaired when selling. I think a lot of sellers leave money on the table for cheap repairs.
Detail the car and fix any cheap trim item that is going to make the buyer question the rest of the car.
