As you may have seen in the tiling thread, I am thinking about a hallway bathroom remodel.

I have a long 1 sink vanity that I will replace. It is fairly long and I want to replace it with the same length, to avoid wall finish work.

What should I install? A 1 sink or 2 sink vanity? What will be better to rent out and / or sell later? Is a 2 sink still fashionable or is it a brady bunch type of setup?
