Haha! With the house being a 3 bedroom 2 bath, I don't see the need for double duty, if it was 4/2, I would think there may be enough kids to need to have two in there at the same time. Once they are a little older, they want to be by themselves anyway. So, I have an idea what *I* want, but how about resale / tenants?
A quick look at 72" wide vanities - all that show are 2 sink. Two sinks need two faucets! Will I need to upgrade plumbing or can I redneck the connection off a single feed with adapters?
