Running Slow.
I believe there is a pot on the inside of the clock that probably help with that. This is only a theory. I had mine apart when it died. I replaced a couple of components and it now works great.

There is a light bulb in the back that probably gone out.
Fix the clock. Have you ever seen how much those things cost.
