Air-cooled.Net offers the finest carburetor setup for all your new Weber Carburetors purchased from us. We have extensive experience with the Weber IDA, IDF, DFAV/DFEV (Progressive), and ICT. We have jetted thousands of Webers for Aircooled VWs, and know what works and why. Any needed jet and emulsion tube changes are included at no additional charge when you purchase this service at the time of your Weber Carburetor Kit purchase.

We disassemble the carburetors, and then clean and inspect them. We trim gaskets, replace parts, adjust them properly, and then finish it off by jetting it to your needs, taking into account your engine specs, usage, and your elevation (please specify in your Order Notes during checkout). The Carb Setup Service does NOT include: preassembly of the linkage in the kit, nor do we "test-run" the carburetors (that would render them "used" and no longer new, and would also create shipping problems due to residual fuel smell). So there is still some assembly, installation, and FINE-tuning required on your end when you receive your carb kit. But since we check for and correct the multiple issues that factory assembled carbs commonly have "out of the box", and then jet them based on our owner's many years of experience for your submitted engine, elevation, and driving specifications, they are as close as they can be to "bolt-on" short of us actually installing them on your vehicle for you!

Weber carburetors come with out-of-the-box jetting that is usually different than what you need, often the cost of the jets and emulsion tubes you need to change to is more than we charge for it including the labor! So this is a great deal for you!"

These should bolt on and start up without any issues.

Is this a lifetime service that they offer. The reason I ask is because I probably need a different setup than what you have. I'm running a high-end street cam with greater lift and duration, about 37 degrees of advance at 3,000 RPM, heads with 38mm x 48mm valves, Pertronix ignition, Hot-Wires, etc. Currently I have dual 45mm Dellorto carbs installed but I remember the car running better in the past and it seems like the cost of a rebuild on my current carbs is about what buying your new set of Webers would cost me, but I need someone who knows the Webers to set them up for this application, like in the description you posted of what they do.
