Hi my 2005 325i e90 bmw had overheating problem last November. I replaced the thermostat and it had been working until last month when the warning reappeared again. I replaced the radiator sensor and bleed again with no joy. Checked water pump it is still operable. Notice that when car is idle the hidden temperature reading stay at about 100'c, which is acceptable, but when start driving the temperature creep up steadily. What could be the problem? Thanks. I don't have a scanner:

You need to get the car scanned, if necessary tow it to a BMW specialist and have them read out the fau8lts...I bet you will have a water pump or thermostat related fault code.
