Cam Position Sensor
I'm getting an intermitent check engine light on my 01 Z3 2.5. The OBD2 reader says its a cam timing issue on cam 2. Since it's got variable timing , I'm assuming it's a bad sensor. The question(s) I have are:
1. What are the chances that it is a bad sensor? There are no other problems I can detect. 2. If it is a sensor, would it be the intake or exhaust sensor that would cause a fault code? Any help would be appreciated. |

You have two cam sensors. The code doesnt tell you which one?
