...did the back way up through Jackson Lake to Snow Summit and over the Crest/9mile/AFH yesterday.
A little tippy toe on the back side but a very nice day once I got past the, um, metric cruiser...

Was up there, helping Sergio to overcome the misery of entering the 5th century of his life... if both he and I would have used our noggins before hand, I would have brought my gear and we could have run up the crest Sunday... alas

Ah well, next time... now that I have a permanent "base camp" at the foot of the crest... tee hee

Ran up to 'the stairs' yesterday just before sundown. It gets brisk up there and the winds were blowing pretty good, a bit of debris (rocks) in lanes but nothing the HP2S couldn't handle. Glad I took a quick jaunt up there.
