Question about wheels
Does anybody recognize these wheels? I am trying to figure out if they will fit my 99 boxster
I am told the tire sizes are rear 265/35/zr18 and the fronts are 225/40/zr18 Are these stock 911 wheels? Any idea if they will fit a boxster. I am trying to get the wheel offset from the seller. What is the offset on the boxster? Thanks Mike

The face of them looks sort of like the Sport Design wheels that came on my 99 Boxster. (Link to the wheel below.) But they are different enough for a number of reasons to say that they aren't the original Sport Design wheels that were available for Boxster and 996. I don't think they are original Porsche wheels. The offset looks pretty off as well. For reference, I think my Sport Designs are 7.5x18, offset 50 and 9x18, offset 52. If it helps, I can check when I get home (wheels are sitting in the garage since my 99 Boxster turned into a BSR). The Sport Design wheels are among my favorite on a Boxster.

I don't think they will fit. Looks like too much "lip" towards the outside of the wheel.
As mentioned, you can do the math if you know the wheel widths and the ET, or Offset (which is the distance from the mounting surface to the wheels true centerline.

I think those are aftermarket, as I agree with egress - they are not Sport Designs. The Sport Designs are made by BBS and are a mult-piece wheel - they have little bolts holding them together.

The only way you're going to know if they will work is by knowing the off-set of each, in general Boxsters can be out-fitted with wheels having up to a 4" lip so that is not a way to determine proper fitment.
I would say from my experience these are NOT factory wheels but they DO have the sport design spoke style optioned on the 996 original 2-pc. by BBS. Get the off-set info and I'll be able to help you find out if they will fit. The only info you provided was the tire size which will not help. Let us know, Below is a photo of the original 2-pc.
