I just found out I need a porsche Overrunning Alternator Decoupler tool. Pelican sells a kit for $300+. I'm looking for an alternate single tool. Any idea's?

Do an online search, you should be able to get one for $35-45.

As long as the center shaft is a 10MM triple square bit, and the larger splined tool is 33 splines, you should be in business. The Hazet 46412 tool (the OEM tool for Porsche) only lists for $68, but I have seen online knock off's that were selling for less than $30:
