Should have added that it now makes a grinding noise not present before in addition to the half-drop issue which hasn't been solved by "re-training."

REPLACE BOTH AT THE SAME TIME. I had to do it. Do not buy the aftermarket ones from EBAY. In a year or so you will have to replace them again.
The originals give you 2 year replacement warranty. |
