Question on Boxster Window Regulator

Nick: 2007 Boxster S. Operated passenger window the other day and heard a bang from the door. Trying to figure out what to get to fix. 1. Window goes full up and down fine. 2. When i retract top, window does drop 1-2" like the drivers window. 3. When top open cycle finished, driver window returns up, passenger window drops 6" down. 4. When in this position, window can be manually moved up and down an inch or so. 5. I can raise or lower window just fine 6. When I touch the door opener, I hear the window try to drop the 1 " like the driver window does but the window does not drop. Any ideas?
