shops for carb work

I am looking at potential shops in the greater Toronto area for some carb work. In the Provinz rag, Autotech advertises that they specialize in carb work. Any experience with them?

Obviously, I am looking for quality work at reasonable prices. The car is running well but there is some regular popping from the carbs that I will likely want to address this year.

I haven't heard anything bad. I think the owners name is Dennis Rak. He is located at Steeles and Weston Rd. area. It is close to the Ferrari dealer. Another one you can see is Refined Motorsports. I haven't dealt with either one of them.

Henry at Refined Motorsports is a great guy to deal with, and his rates are very reasonable. I bought my SC from him and have been in there for maintenance type stuff since.

Did you get the carb work done? if so how did it go.
I need to get this done also but am putting it off since I have been to about 6 different mechanics who have tried but all failed.
Let me know if you had success.

Thanks, Larry

Hey Larry: I am going to try to wait until the end of the season as the car still runs fairly well. I likely just need a proper tuning.
