It's not really the best place to slag a shop. Plus, I still hope to get my engine back in one piece

I got the engine back today and we'll be putting her back in this weekend. All help is welcome! Send me a PM/e-mail if you are interested in coming out on Saturday.
As for the engine, Ernie did a good job buttoning her back together. He had to machine the chain covers to get them to fit properly. He also adjusted the valves as part of the cam timing service. The price was high-- but quoted before the work.

So in the end, satisfied or not?
I saw the Mantis crew at Mosport this weekend, and considered asking him why he wasn't working on your engine, but then thought better of it
