Looking for a 911
I have been Porscheless for about a year and would like to put a 911 back into the garage.
I'm looking for a something in the 1974 to 1984 range. Other years considered if the price is right. I'm not looking for concours quality, just something to get me around on weekends in the summer. I'm in Ontario, but will pick up out of province. Please let me know what you've got! Thanks,

Budget?
The range of years you have posted is very broad. I would suggest that the newer cars in that range are all superior to the previous models. |

Have you looked south of the border? Lots to choose from out there. That's unless you want a Canadian car.

My budget is under $20K. I thought I'd check locally before looking in the US. Yes, lots to choose from south of the boarder. Rust free too...
Thanks,

At that budget you shold get a nice 84-onward Carrera. You get a 3.2 engine and a nice reliable car.
Move up to an 89 (I think) and you'll get a G50 transmission, which is better than the 915. You should be able to get a nice car in that range, but perhaps not in Canada.
