Good to be back

On Friday I took the 911 out of hibernation.
Put on about 200 miles since .Wound it out a few times. Running like a Swiss watch.Call it whatever you want but man I love the feeling/sound of driving them.Even after driving nine-elevens for 30+ years now it still puts a smile on my face .
Getting ready for summer.

Yup, got mine out for a little drive in the sun on the weekend...not 200K but just nice to see the sun shine and hear the wind.

Hey Steve.
200 miles is easy from here. As you know everything is far away from me . Heck just two trips to the grocery store in Osoyoos is 120 miles total.

Drove a 911 Turbo the other day (not mine), when the weather in Toronto hit 13C. Wonderful experience, and now the sportscar juices are running pretty hot. Too bad the weather has dropped below freezing again.

Had our roadster out in January, so taking every reprieve I can get.

I don't know Rock Creek, but judging by your pic, looks like you have some nice driving roads for the 911...

Rock Creek is a tiny town at the junction of highway 3 and highway 33 in the BC interior.
One nice thing about where I am is that they repaved the roads last year from the junction in two directions so I have 40 miles to one town (Osoyoos)on highway 3 and 88 miles to another (Kelowna) on highway 33 with nice, new, smooth pavement and always very little traffic at any time of the day.
Mountain driving, lots of twisties and long straights.

You lucky BC dogs, we are having an extended winter in Ottawa. Did get the car out for an hour two weeks ago though, I never get tired of it! Please Spring, start now.
