Great 4th quarter. It was a long wait and then I missed the final drama. My satellite went out for a few seconds on both of the last two field goals attempts. I saw both snaps, saw the holder put it down - then pixelation, black, and then saw the ball on the far side of the goal posts. Jumping up and down, “What happened, what happened?”

That Goff interception shows the difference between the Pats and other teams.

Pats had just run the same play 3 plays in a row and scored. Rams never adjusted.

Rams try running the same play that they just had, not gonna work, Pats only need to see it once and they can adjust.

Same deal as Butler snagging that interception last Pats win.

He recognized the play, knew where the ball was going to be, gave the receiver space so the QB would execute the planned play and as soon as the ball was in the air went in for it.

Pats play smart football.

It's why they are a 2nd half team, the spend the 1st figuring out what ya brung.

Tonight they had a game for the alternates/second/third string guys. Was neat cause they had them wear the jerseys of the starters. I would guess the pros will play next week?

Pretty boring game, but probably not as boring as a 45-3 blow-out.
The Rams didn't deserve to win, since they didn't really win their last game.
I liked seeing my fellow Woodside High School Wildcat win MVP honors.

If you don't like a great defensive game, you probably hated the game. Me, I like a good game in general. The way the Patriots D shutdown the Rams O was nothing short of impressive. The way the Rams D help the Patriots to 3 points into the 4th quarter having spent most of the first three quarters on the field was nothing short of impressive. I told my wife going into the 4th that the Patriots would win because the Rams D had been on the field way too long. The Rams O owes the D a big apology.
