It's been in the 70s during the days and 40s at night here for the past week+. Wiht the storm coming in, day temps will drop into the 50s. I feel so lucky when I see how conditions are in the rest of the country. Today we put our front swing on the back patio, I replenished my rirewood rack and cleaned off the retreat & put the chairs & drink tabled in the center. Supposedly we're getting between 2 & 4 in. over the five or so days starting Christmas eve.

Winter is trying to assert itself. It was 70 yesterday. got down to 31 last night and up to 49 right now. We've only had 17.25 in. of rain since the beginning of the year, so we're about 5 inches short.

Same here, Marv - except only 40's starting Monday through Thursday and only at night.

Hope you get some rain soon!

We had a week or more of temps in the 78-83º range which set some minor records for highs before/around Christmas. I think the high yesterday was at least in the 70s if not nearly 80. This morning when I woke up it was 48º. That was the highest temp that I saw all day. It's 43º now. It's supposed to be in the high 30s in the morning, but then it's forecast to be sunny and 56º in the afternoon. Then 68º Wed, 74º Thu, and 83º Fri.

I guess it could be a lot worse.

Cold and Foggy here in Fresno, CA. 40 degrees tonight and in the thirties starting tomorrow "night". More rain coming on Wednesday. We're having a fair amount of rain this year which is great compared to the past few drought years.

Yep, it was windy here today. I have no idea what the wind chill was. I went outside once, and didn't stay long.
