Can you shield all your stuff in a divorce by titleing it in some one elses name ?

Thanks , what a mess . Really nice clean Carrera Targa ,( at least last time I saw it ) but has been hiding in a leaky barn for 2 years. The mice have been in it and the brakes are locked up from sitting . Probably needs some good attention .

Yuk, sounds like a toilet. He has had it in a fk'ing barn for 2 years in PA.? Is it his barn? Not much of a hiding place.

I can't imagine that dry storage is that expensive in rural PA, for chrissakes.

Ownership means nothing in a divorce. I recommend no one gets one and has to find out why. Hug your wife and do the math, you'll be glad you did.

The courts make a guy wonder what the incentive is for a wife to not behave badly. Even if they seem happy at a certain age they seem to be able to look back on marriage and raising kids as an interesting experience, but want to move on and try something new for the next phase of life.
