Great show.
Watched a few dozen episodes a few years ago.
Search for the archives on cars you're interested in.
They pretty much tell the story correctly on all models

They've done almost every car there is

That's not a mullet.
That's just an outdated 70s haircut

That cut is back. Works on a young face but not so much for him.

It makes him recognizable like the guy with the mustache, I think "My classic car" or something like that. Looks horrible but if helps bring in the money, sign me up too.

I remember seeing him on his show a number of years ago and thinking that he’s had his hair like that since he was 16 years old and doesn’t have a wife/girlfriend urging him to change.

To steal Zeke's line - Dennis Gage is the only tool he knows. Not a helluva lotta
substance in most of the shows I am able to view on TV. YouTube has a few
good vids - if you are willing to search for a specific topic.

Cheers

I spend way too much time watching youtube. Project Farm, Goonzquad, AVE, Cleetus, Turnin Rust, random music and more. Depends on the mood I am in.

I think that Ant does a very good job of explaining the tasks as he goes about refurbishing the cars...even better than Edd did, IMHO. I always like seeing what's under the skin of cars that I'll probably never get to dig into myself. And although I did enjoy the earlier shows with Edd, I think that Ant is actually a better fabricator and a more experienced all-around wrench.

I miss the home building/improvement shows of the 80's.
The current crop of home improvement programs are all fundamentally the same show...just featuring different faces in different locations. And most every client is asking for the exact same thing: An open concept with room for entertaining.
One hands-on construction program that I do like is called Restored, hosted by Brett Waterman. It focuses more on the restoration of vintage homes rather than on remodeling. The show originates out of Redlands CA, which seems to have lots of Spanish Colonial, Arts & Crafts, and Mission Revival homes dating from the 1920s & '30s that people are interested in restoring back to their original glory. Brett takes the time to research the home and to uncover original finishes, materials and details that will guide the restoration projects he takes on.

What ever happened to the guy form India and the older bald-headed English guy that worked together in a Quonset hut in England that 'made' crazy looking cars from junk? the Indian guy was the 'artist'. It was soooo bad but I enjoyed that guys 'vision' of a custom car

I liked the one that was shot in a junkyard. Where they had to build a car. Junkyard Wars maybe?

That guy from Tennessee. Ian who does fourwheeler is prolly the wildest and most extreme builder and fabricator, he takes a torch to a junk truck and a couple episodes later its an awesome rock crawler. I never miss an episode and i don't go four wheeling.
I heard he was an auto shop teacher, I wonder what that backstory is.

But who made the rule that all vehicle customizers have to have douche hair on the haid or face?

I didn't realize that Ian Johnson was married to Jesse Combs at one time.
Huh.
