I really liked "Last of the Dogmen" with Tom Berenger. You don't hear about it often but it's worth a watch if you've run out of classics.-WW

Winchester 73 and The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance are 2 good Jimmy Stewart westerns. I also like Shane, Hang 'Em High and for a good comedy Rustler's Rhapsody with Tom Berenger is good.

Lee Van Clef and Eli Wallach are two of my favorite western actors. And Ben Johnson, I got to work with him, great guy.

For a comedy, Blazing Saddles stands alone. Just a great movie.

For a straight up western, Outlaw Josey Wales. The one man done wrong by the Red Legs that terrorized a lot of the south. With lines like "Endeavour to persevere" and "Dying ain't much of a living, boy" Josey is just a real man that will not be pushed around.
