The needle is usually right below the pickup head. And the pickup head in the photo is over the run out groove next to the label, so yeah, no music, just the periodic click every rotation of the disk if it is even turning.

I know that, but you can't tell from that pic if it's in the end zone or in the last bit of the groove.. the picture and perspective is to poor quality for that.
