Time? A hurricane in 2017, change in ownership and then a broken cable all with a few short years. Hard to recover after that.

Don't forget the strong earthquakes of Jan 2020 plus over 1000 "minor" quakes and tremors since. Following are photos of my visit at the end of December 2018 for comparison.

It was in good shape and then went downhill quick with the earthquakes and the Covid shutdown effects on ability to perform maintenance.
