I ran with the HHH when I lived in the Middle East.

We did Hash's in Bahrain, the Emirates and a weird one in Saudi.

The HHH folks in Manama were all Expats and just great folks. We ran with them every Wednesday when we were in port. There was also a "Black Hash" on Friday's. The down-down were hilarious: Runners with a drinking problem.

I also played a a lot of Squash at their club...apparently I was a bit of a Unicorn: An American with Squash chops.

I had my wife mail me my racquet. Who knew I'd need one!?!
