Looking at going in a few years. I know, fools plan, etc. But I have some stuff to do in the next few years.

I know it is a tourist trap, but we'll try and find an off day:cool:

Another on my "Bucket List" along with Hadrian's Wall. You can walk coast to coast with your knapsack and there's a Pub/B&B about every 15km.

I had no idea. I'll need one of something every 5km, but...

I'd heard of and looked into that before. I'd love to do that.

Daughter home with the BF for the weekend.

She loves to mow, knows how to prepare the mower and just gets into it. She calls it, "mowing therapy". She would have been an excellent pilot, is an excellent driver.

We are replacing the back deck and regrading the back lawn for drainage. Old house.

Back in 1971 there was a pitcher for the Brewers name Milt Famey. The team was playing Boston and was ahead by one in the top of the ninth when ol' Milt decided he was about finished with this game and had himself a beer. It went right to his head and he walked the next four batters and the Red Sox went on to win the game. The Red Sox hailed it as, "The beer that made Milt Famey walk us."

I visited several times when working nearby in Cardiff. Pretty darn cool, but they won't let you anywhere near it.

Fortunately, we have our very own right here in Washington, down on the Columbia River, overlooking Oregon in a place called Maryhill. It was built as a tribute to the sons of Klickitat County who lost their lives in WWI. There is an individual bronze plaque bearing each young man's name, each of which is mounted on a column somewhere. It's a full scale replica, oriented in the same way (as best we know).
