My guess is to keep animals from climbing up onto the motor when the car is parked.

Random. Vancouver street home - it's on casters so it can be moved rather than being towed as an abandoned vehicle. Wow, lots of the "homeless" (in this case, not so much) are creative!

I was watching a Terminator movie the other day and paused when the main character dangled from the bridge.
"Waitaminnute, that's the internet eyebrows meme girl." Turns out she was in Game of Thrones as well but only saw a few of those episodes.
