I think that if you look at the modern pic closely, you'll realize that most of the woman with the most cosmetic surgery are MUCH older than your avg playmate. I suspect that those are women that were playmates in the distant past, and possibly even playmates from the first photo. Unfortunately, a lot of times when women feel like their only value is their looks, they often go overboard trying to retain what they think was their youthful beauty as they age.

THere are 5 or 6 on the far right top row that look like they are in their 50s or 60s. There's one that looks really horribly modified crouching down on the far right as well. There are two just over Hugh's right shoulder that also look older (but not heavily modified). I think you'll find that all of the women wearing badges are older. The only one that looks young and heavily modified is the blond in the hot pink on the far left.
