The first time I saw one of those decals was at a 356 Registry meet, probably in the early 80s. As prank it was put on the rear fender of a friend's Porsche 356 by a different friend. It was also the first time the 356 owner had ever seen one, and he completely freaked out.

I saw someone do that in Orlando back in the 80s. There is a great BMX track in whorelando that host national races.
