Remember back when music television channel actually had something to do with music?
Back before the video royalties got too expensive to sustain.

Probably one of the best most awful songs of all time.

We could go on and on here. My tastes sometimes slightly more eclectic in the 80's Plimsouls listed above are a good example. Or aforementioned Oingo Boingo. Or these guys:

When in Rome "The Promise" is a good, underrated tune. Rarely hear that anymore but I always turn that one up.

I thought this thread was about a really attractive female with a pair of really outstanding focal points that she seemingly was delighted to show the world...

How did we get to "lousy songs by one-hit-wonders of the 80's for $1, Alex"?

I remember seeing that video over and over and over again when we got cable. I think they played it on MTV and on HBO between movies, but I'm not positive about HBO.

That brings back some KROQ memories - great song (it's been on my itunes play list for years). When my sister used to live in Sherman Oaks her next door neighbor was one of the band members.

That Starship video / song was repeatedly voted worst of the 80's .....period.

Horribly glorious. Especially if you wear your sunglasses at night.

Ahhh, yes. So 80s. Made my day

The female in the OP who's most notable talent was making her breasts bounce was played out halfway down the first page.
So it was either let the thread die, or take it down a tangent of other attractive female singers of the 80's.
So we did, and it evolved from there and has been very entertaining IMO.
Blame it on Darwin ;)

Moody Blues. What a great song. Haven't listened to that one in years. Thanks, Sammy.

So many good tunes from this period :)
