Damn...another buddy who left the planet before me...Stan. As the above shows, an incredibly talented and funny cartoonist. He wrote that he had appointed me the Cyclops West Coast minister of affairs. He had decided that since Cyclops had no west coast affairs, I was the perfect man for the job.
