Of all the rotten luck
![]() This is my buddy's freshly repainted Cayman. His Lab chased a ground squirrel which took refuge under the car. Those are doggie teeth marks. She really chomped down on the fender out of frustration. A good dog but ...bad dog! |

I know, funny thing is, she's a mellow well behaved normal Lab. Just really hates squirrels I guess.
He picked up the car from the paint shop about a week ago. Had the whole car painted and detailed but it's back to the shop now |

G'day!
|
Not long after I bought my Silverado, I had the windows tinted.
One day soon after, I had my first Blue Heeler with me and she was still pretty young - maybe a year or so old. I rolled the windows up enough that she couldn't get out while I went to do a quick errand at a job site. Some freaking lady saw her and went up and was trying to "make friends" with her - so naturally she was up on her back legs pawing at my freshly tinted window....ugh! "Oh what a sweetie....hello little baby....you're soooo cute!" Meanwhile it's scratch scratch scratch..... I got it re-tinted - what are ya gonna do?

Get off my lawn!
|
Never had pet damage to my cars.
I had a 74 914 2.0 that was my only car. I always parked it in "safe" spots when at all possible. In the 26 years I owned it, ever single corner had a fender flattened by some random other driver, while it was parked legally and in a good spot. It was always several hindered to fix a bent fender, and about the same cost as my deductible of $500. It took a while to save the $500 for fixing a fender back in those days. Once time I finally fixed a front fender and 24 hours later some low life (insert you own very long string of expletives here) dented the heck out of the left rear fender. On all four occasions I never got a note, not even the one that says everyone watching thinks I am leaving you my name and phone number, but too bad and screw you.

And here I am pissed off at my neighbor that has 4 or 5 cats that run loose around the neighborhood and leave dirty paw prints on the hood of my black Range Rover.
