Nope. I know powder coating is the current fad in cast bullet shooting, but it really offers no advantages of any kind. And it is a real PITA to apply and deal with. I've been shooting cast bullets for over 40 years in many different forms of firearms. I shoot them mostly as cast running them into a lubri-sizer only to apply the lube while trying to avoid sizing them. I used SPG lube for everything these days, from black powder cartridge rifle match loads to .44 mag revolver loads to hot 2,000 fps .45-70 loads with great success. No leading in any of them. No need to play with powder coating, plastic coating, or any of that nonsense.
