Doesn't have to be stainless, double walled by its own, if it isn't held perfectly straight will bend the blades. Drop those Jack's on em.

They just double park, get out, and remove the cat from the car/truck in Philly. Less than a minute.

There is a new program here that insurance companies are running. They paint the cat red with high temp paint and inscribe the vin #.

Scrap yards aren't supposed to take them and report the person to the police.

Let's say this avenue is blocked. What's next in line? Taking plants out of your front yard? There's always the next thing they come up with. In general the DA's probably don't have the bandwidth to process these people.

Funny you mention plants. Years ago I had a house that looked perfect the day before the walk-through. I got to work that morning, and somebody had taken every plant/tree in the front yard. 🙄

This was a new neighborhood, but it did have people living in there.
