Reversed the pocket clip so I can attach it to my ball cap.

Fenix, yeah! I've dropped my Fenix TK30 from heights onto concrete and it still goes.

My tiny stream light has those raised bezel ribs. They are made for a jab defense. Not so sure I could put it together in the heat of the moments.
I come from a M@P family, I have 10 years in private security, and I have been in real scuffles, and the day I forgot my mag light, was a day I regretted. If you want to use yours for jab defense, then go for it. I like a little more leverage and distance for my style of defense. I like the larger lights for critter hunting round my pad, I can spot a raccoon anywhere and then take care of my business. Yeup the small ones are great also, I have a couple, but the big boy gets the job done.

oh i get it. you do you.

if you hit someone with an old school incandescent 3-4 cell, (more?) D-cell Maglight flashlight. like a bat? swing it like a baseball bat?

does it destroy the bulb filament? i've dropped more maglights than i like to mention back in the day when they were the juice.. and they never survived. new bulb time.

and i havent been in a fight since 8th grade. i use my lights to see things in the dark only.

I operate a lot in the dark with the seasonal businesses, retail fuel going 24/7, etc.

So I am a power user of sorts when it comes to flashlights.

A: Streamlite "Lite Box" HID and also an LED one, called "Lite Box HL".
Polarion PH50D

B: Pelican 7070R (two, they are that good)
Pelican 7600
Pelican 9490 RALS

You guys ain't never gonna buy these flashlights...

Yes. It also changes color if you rotate the collar further. I promise it is a fantastic flashlight. I lost one when a jeep was doing donuts in my parking lot next to moms pushing baby strollers in the pumpkin patch. It makes a great long distance throwing weapon and smashed the guy right in the face.

This Streamlight is the best headlamp I've ever seen. I'm 57, and I cannot imagine this thing not lasting longer than I will.

About $50 bucks
