FWIW, and you either know this or you should, cloth masks do not STOP the virus. They stop some of it, however. And good masks, using paper, stop much more of the virus. If you still think masks do nothing, then your engineer brain is not in use on this issue.

To be fair, if you're going to fix something for someone it should be factual. The fact is, vaccinated people still have a lower occurrence of hospitalization due to the virus. They also enjoy a lower death rate from the virus. They sill clear the virus faster than unvaccinated people. And now recent studies show that they're less prone to "long covid" than unvaccinated people.

So I guess nothing was really fixed.

That all depends. If you only believe that everyone is out to get you, you might not have any idea what to believe. If you believe what the majority of information from any highly vaccinated country confirms, you'd know exactly what to believe... that vaccines help reduce the severity of the virus, help prevent hospitalization, and reduce the number of deaths versus unvaccinated people.

It is, and has been, a well established fact that natural immunity to a virus is superior to a vaccine, not to mention these gene therapy, not a real vaccine, jabs. You will not read this anywhere, because these vaccines offer better protection than every other vaccine ever produced.

You said Scott has no idea if the shot made a difference. He does have an idea. Like I said, every study from every highly vaccinated country shows the same thing, that vaccinated people tend to have less severe disease, a lower death rate than unvaccinated people, and now a lower risk of suffering from long covid. I know that when the information all tends to point to the same thing, I'm as close to certain as I can possibly be.

I like to argue. It’s obvious judging by my post history. I am sick and tired of arguing about the vaccine. I can admit that it’s not perfect. I can admit that it’s not a vaccine in the sense of the term. I can admit that I was wrong about trusting politicians when it came to how to approach the pandemic when it pertains to economic shutdowns and mandates. I think we’ve done a terrible job as a country and the numbers back it up. I’m sitting at home dealing with the virus currently. I’ve been pretty sick. Not go to the ER sick but walking to the mailbox and back is a task sick. It’s my belief that I’m better off today because I took the vaccine and got my booster. I really think if I did nothing this thing could have gone sideways on me. That’s me, if the vaccine isn’t for you and you want to roll the dice with other treatments, you do you. I’m done worrying about people other than the ones closest to me.
