Just finished S2 and it was also excellent. Turns out to tie into S1, which is nice. 6 episodes- yay!

Just saw the first episode. Not bad, but did not expect to see Harrison Ford. Seems to be in everything these days.

Binged on the first two seasons of 'Red Road'.
Waiting for the third and more hopefully. It doesn't require watching every single frame for plot minutia but rolls along nicely.

On Netflix. Korean show (so it's been dubbed into English) about a newly-minted lawyer who happens to be autistic.

Just started The Diplomat, which came out a few days ago on Netflix. Created by Debora Cahn, one of the writers from Homeland and The West Wing. Looks excellent 1.5 episodes in...

Currently enjoying "Lucky Hank" (AMC - Sun. 9 PM) and "Will Trent" (ABC - 10 PM). Excellent writing, pace, and cast.

I watched The Last Ship recently. It is pretty much the original Star Trek, only on a Earth bound battleship. It is almost as realistic as Star Trek.
The captain himself goes on all the missions and saves the world several times. Just like Kirk. Instead of aliens, it is just various really mean bad guys he battles. I would rate is a 2.75 out of 5. Lots of action, and they blow a lot of stuff up real good.

I'm watching this too. Took a while to get going but very good follow now. I really like Mireille Enos who plays his wife and her character. Thought she was also excellent in The Killing, the dark mini series about a couple Seattle homicide detectives.

I thought The Killing was terrific. Joel Kinnaman was her partner detective, too.

Yes, he was a math book, lots of problems. Surprised I have not seen him in anything else since then.

Based on the novel Anne of Green Gables is the series Anne with an E. Based in 1897 Nova Scotia. I wouldn't have watched it, except a friend recommended it. It grows on you. Lots of serious social rejection mixed with positive outcomes, it's an interesting series. Fantastic landscapes and some interesting characters.

I finished Shrinking. I was good at first but got too much into the gay stuff as it went on. Seems to be happening in every series.

Rabbit Hole with Keifer Sutherland.
Makes you wonder how close to reality this show really is. |

^ yeah line of duty is very good..
I found myself really enjoying "the diplomat" on netflix.. It's well written, it's clever, plot twists galore... There's so much stupid on Tv it felt good to watch something well written and well acted. |
