Reportedly Mike took a photo with him and gave him an autograph but the guy wouldn't stop pestering Mike and what really triggered the beat down was the guy threw a water bottle at Mike.

FWIW, the guy has a lengthy rap sheet, fraud, grand theft, possession, distribution, sentenced to prison twice.

I don't get it. The weasel's lawyer is arguing that because Mike was a professional boxer capable of doing extremely painful things to people's faces, Mike should be held to a higher standard. Misconduct such as his should be even less tolerated than normal people who hit other people's faces, I guess.

But it doesn't make sense to argue that. Mike knows full well what he is capable of. And because of that, Mike showed commendable restraint. With one punch he could have put the guy's nose down his own throat. That flurry of punches were love taps compared to what Mike could have done.

"Your Honor, the fact that the complaintant is alive to file a motion proves without a shadow of doubt that my client exercised remarkable restraint. I move for dismissal. "
