Can't help but ask, what does driving a Porsche have to do with it? It's not like the ones he's driving are elite. (No offense R!)

I agree 100% with an umbrella policy though. It's just good, cheap additional protection in the even you get sued as a result of an accident.

No offense taken . They are special to me but in the overall scheme of the auto world not so much . I am ok with that 😁 . So some of you have a separate umbrella policy to cover possible accident law suits ? For what amount ? And who do you get the umbrella policy from ?

If you ask your agent, or any that you're talking to, they should be able to get you a figure for an umbrella policy. The umbrella policy exists to protect you in the event of an accident where your normal coverage wouldn't cover damaged. The problem I see with it is, he who has the most insurance gets named in lawsuits. I think it's a double edged sword.

By the way.... have you posted any pics of the rides? It's kind of a requirement here ya know.

Allstate sucks here in Ga. They have a problem paying claims.

This morning I pulled the trigger and signed on with the Porsche branded insurance . I compared their quote against Grundy and Haggerty. In my mind the Porsche insurance is a better value. I appreciate the suggestion to look into that insurance . Thank you

I now will meet with a few local independent agents and shop the two daily drivers and the home insurance . Hopefully I can save some $$$ there also . Have a great weekend guys .

I’m happy it worked out. I owed you one for measuring your 986 GHL exhaust for me a year or two ago. I hope Porsche insures my state soon.
