My dad (81) has ones with bluetooth, but he can only pair 2 things. For him it's the tv and phone. There's no talking to him with tv on. He'll say something about this or that, a question about a line in a movie, but that's a one way conversation. He has to turn them off/switch to tune you in. Pretty much sucks to watch a game with him.
Also, his hearing aids did not come with the translation, or comprehension feature, so you might want to shop for ones that have those things built in too.
